You can even hear the ocean break from the property itself. MerKado and Wendy Grocery stores are about 10 min walking distance with at least 15 restaurants in the immediate area. Here we ask what beach you want to go to as we are within minutes of the nicest beaches in the country (Playa Piratas, Mina, Conchal, Flamingo, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar, Dantita, Zapotal, etc. are all stunning white sand beaches. With Brasiltio, Danta, Potrero beaches being stunningly beautiful just a little darker in sand color. Surfing just south in Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Avellanas, Negra,.,... and a boat ride to Ollie's Point and Witche's Rock just north offers world class surfing all year long. This is also one of the fishing spots in the world with Coco, Flamingo, Tamarindo offering daily fishing tours in multitude to match your budget.
