Owners have spared nothing to make it the villa you always dreamed of renting, and was designed as a family vacation retreat to be enjoyed by all ages. The villa can comfortably accommodate large groups or small intimate parties. Four of the six bedrooms each have a queen size bed and a twin bed, the other 2 bedroom have queen size beds. All of the rooms have a small terrace to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view and sunsets.

As you enter the house you will feel the warmth and colors of Costa Rican woods as they are used throughout. Thehigh ceilings, cabinets, and some of the flooring are made from plentiful woods of the area. The house is decorated with paints and art work of Costa Rica.

The house is also equipped with a media room and a play room where you will find a ping pong table, pool table and a mini soccer display

The beach is only minutes in walking distance with a wide variety of dining and entertainment and shopping possibilities across the beach on the north ridge of Flamingo. Another advantage of this unit is it is close to everything but just far away to fee secluded enough to truly enjoy the daily monkey visits and experience the variety of wildlife directlly in front of you!
